Q: We require 1 each, BILCO replacement roof hatch (VersaMount) to mount over existing BILCO roof hatch frame; outside curb / frame dimensions are 38-3/4-inches in length X 32-3/4-inches in width. Existing hatch door and associated hardware have been damaged beyond repair. Note: Our carpenter advises given measurements are exact, and suspects replacement hatch inside frame measurements may be slightly greater. If possible, please quote price and availability for BILCO replacement hatch. Note that existing item has BILCO label, but no associated serial, or model number are evident.
