Q: Hello any luck with finding my door hinges for me as seen here:

A: That hinge was manufactured by Mont Hard, aka Montreal Hardware, it is my understanding gamer in business since mike lee the 1970s until about return of the 21st century - that is certainly a spring hinge on bears and I believe the part number was BB1060 which I think it is stamped on the hinge lower right side. It appears to be 4-1/2 x 4-1/2

A replacement for that hinge would be be Stanley 2060R 4 1/2" x 4 1/2" Spring Hinge as seen here:

The finish that you have I believed to be us for which stands for satin brass.

It is very possible that that hinge is UL listed for use on fire doors. Although I do not see evidence of this listing on the face of the hinge, and you would only know that positively by doing the back side and inspecting for engraving that indicates it as such, (the reason I bring this up is because if your door is fire rated absolutely) replace it with a listed and labeled fire rated approved closing device, which the Stanley hinge is.

A: What is wrong with the hinge you have now?

Q: Door sort of leans down a little. Hinge is probably 50 years old It’s not awful it just makes the door stick and so my difficult to open and shut I anticipate that it will get worse not better

A: Swap that top hinge and the bottom hinge - the problem of "Door sort of leans down a little" will be solved for the time being. But the fire code violation is not remedied. I sternly suggest an immediate replacement if this is a fire rated application. Further information on fire doors can be reviewed here:
