9012 Surface Mounted Horizontal Baby Changing Station - Plastic

Modern styling and easy-to-clean surface is fabricated of 100% high-density polyethylene. Unit supports a static load of 300 lbs (136 kg). Surface mounted. Only 4″ (102 mm) deep when closed.
Unit platform is shaped to cradle a child’s body. Easily opened and closed by user with one hand anywhere on top or front edge of bed or using bag hooks/hand grips on sides. Operable with less than 5lbs force (22.2N) while not requiring any tight grasping, pinching or twisting of the wrist.
Bed liner/towel dispenser presents liners or towels for user hygiene and convenience. Dispenser lip retains stack for single liner/towel dispensing.
Safety strap is easily adjustable by user for baby size and Sure-Lock latch securely resists opening until released by opposing finger pressure by adult caretaker.
Horizontal Baby Changing Station shall protrude no more than 4" [102] from wall when in retracted position and shall comply with 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards, CalDAG, ANSI A117.1-2009 and 2015 ABA Standards. Unit shall support a static load of 300 lbs (136,1 kg) and be tested in excess of 350 lbs (158,8 kg) and shall be fab- ricated of non-porous plastic (FDA approved HDPE) tested according to ASTM G21 and ASTM G22. No metal parts shall be visible when unit is open or closed and no parts of the operating mechanism shall be accessible when unit is open or closed to provide a tamper-resistant and pinch proof user environment.

Operation

Installation

Surface mount unit using hardware supplied through recessed mounting holes provided. Hardware kit supplied has fasteners suitable for metal or wood stud walls in dry locations and general hollow wall construction where adequate substrate strength is obtained.
Fasteners and anchors for masonry walls are not provided.
Wall reinforcement must be suitable to sustain transfer of maximum unit loading. Mounting hole plug covers are supplied to conceal fasteners after installation.

Questions and Answers

Q: Please send me the parts diagram for the 9012 as we need to replace an item. The unit does not stay up. Though we have currently found another solution to fix it.

I suggest the factory original parts ONLY in the event there is a big problem, like a failure of parts, the manufacturer gets to be a focus of trouble as well.
