A: This unit is very well suited for a residential application and would perform above expectations. I have sold these in the past for applications of this nature and have had 100% success with prior clients. The size of the ASI is representative of others available with none being smaller. We do not have a Sacramento location but could ship from our Chicago location to you.

Q: PART NUMBER FOR SOAP FOR ASI 20333 DISPENSER
A: We do not sell the soap for this unit but any liquid soap within the viscosity range of 100 – 3500 cP (MPa•s).
I would suggest a janitorial supply.

Q: how do you adjust the sensitivity of the sensor, what LEDs mean what?
A: On this unit the sensor range cannot be adjusted and this unit has a red and blue LED’s to indicate function, battery condition and soap supply level on front face as detailed here under Section 10:

Q: Do you know what the battery life is or how often (or after how many soap dispenses) it should be replaced?
A: The general statement from our engineering department is “can not specify a specific time frame” - as it depends on use.
We feel "Low Traffic" – probably – annually seems reasonable and if "High Traffic" area, more often.
As you may already know, we can’t really give a firm answer due to the fact that there are outside factors that we have no control over, like the quality of the batteries being used and overall daily usage. Based on these outside factors, we think that batteries would last about 3-6 months, less if the batteries are of subpar quality, more if daily usage is low.
Best suggestion is to check the batteries of each unit as part of the monthly/periodic maintenance schedule and change accordingly. Also, the unit does give notification of low battery power with a solid red LED light (see page 2 of owner’s manual in Troubleshooting section).

Q: do you sell the spout assembly instead of the entire dispenser unit?
A: The spout assembly only from the ASI 20333 Deck Mounted Automatic Soap Dispenser is available as a standalone product and is the ASI 20333-04727 spout with sensor assembly connection as seen here:

Q: Can the spout be purchased separate from the dispenser?
A: Yes, part number is ASI 20333-04727. It is the spout with sensor assembly connection.
Q: Is there any flush button in this system like B-824??
A: I have reviewed the installation instructions for the ASI 20333 Deck Mounted Automatic Soap Dispenser
but see no 'Flush' feature on this unit. The manufacturer recommends you cycle the unit 10 - 20 times to price the unit and would conclude the flush procedure would be the same process.
Q: What do the Blue light indicate on the soap desprender?
A: A blue flashing light indicates one of the following four conditions:
low soap level
press counter reset button
refill soap
system malfunction, please consult with distributor

Q: Is it possible to reduce or adjust the amount of soap coming out of a #20333 automatic soap dispenser?

Additionally I did communicate directly with the factory who confirmed that that volume of soap cannot be adjusted.
