A: It’s a bit difficult to switch out the handle on the 9013 BCS. Please see below instructions you can send to your customer. We do not sell the POP Rivets needed to install the handle. You will have to source them locally.

Steps:

open door

drill out rivet heads holding tray plastic liner into door shell on sides and top/front

lift up front of tray liner to expose inside of door; prop up with a strut (ruler, book, brick, roll of TP or paper towels stack, etc.)

remove remnants of drilled out rivet bodies from holes or bottom of door shell

remove old handle from tray shell by unscrewing retainer

reuse or replace retainer and replace handle into shell cutout

tighten screws from inside shell to clamp retainer

reseat tray liner and align rivet holes

insert new rivets and set tight

close door and test handle

13 pop rivets #ADS64ABS (13 rivets per unit)

a pop rivet gun

drill and bits

a screw driver #2 phillips tip
