ASI 0547 Surface Mounted Narcotics Cabinet - w/ Combination Lock & Dual Doors - Free Standing - Satin Stainless Steel

Surface mounted security cabinet for controlled narcotic substances shall be type 304 alloy 18-8 stainless steel of double wall all welded construction. Cabinet shall be 22 gauge and doors shall be 18 gauge.
Doors are attached to cabinet with welded on full length 3/16" diameter [Ø4.8] piano hinges. Outer door has all returns toward inside. Inner door has top & bottom returns turned in and latch edge turned out for enhanced security.
Five (5) button combination tumbler locked latches with dead bolts shall hold both doors closed.
Two (2) stainless steel 22 gauge satin finish shelves with hemmed edges shall be furnished and spacing shall be easily adjusted by owner using eight (8) track clips provided.
Top cover is removable when inner door is opened and may be reattached to bottom when unit is inverted to reverse hand of door swing in the field.

OPERATION:

Surface mounted security meds cabinet shall hold various size items on two (2) stainless steel adjustable full depth shelves (provided) positioned in cabinet by four (4) track clips per shelf (supplied).
Shelves may be easily adjusted by owner after unit is installed by repositioning bracket clips in tracks provided.
Dual locked compartments prevents unauthorized access or contents removal.
Combination locks are independently reprogrammable so inner door may have a different code than outer door.

INSTALLATION

Hang unit on wall with four (4) № 10 self-tapping screws (by others) through concealed mounting holes provided into inwall blocking to resist anticipated levels of vandalism.
For compliance with 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards install unit with pre-positioned top shelf no higher than 44" [1118] maximum above finished floor.
Initial service lock codes are provided so unit may be opened and installed. Full instructions for reprogramming locks codes are provided with unit.
