Q: Thanks for the info, do they come any larger?
A: The answer is yes, we do have larger specimen pass thru cabinets, but not a turntable style. Is the turntable type an absolute requirement?
Q: No just preferred. The size of container we need to fit through the pass through is 14” high and 8” wide. Therefore we would need around 15-16” high opening and 10” wide. The depth should be at least 4 inches. Thanks, Karen
A: The only unit we have the meets these criteria is the CARR SPT-24 as seen here:

Q: Does this come with a light option to notify the other side of the pass through that something was placed in it?
A: This model does not. Is this a design or application require a feature like this? We can check with engineering and determine if this is feasible.
Q: I am looking for a turntable, stainless pass through that would accommodate a 15” high 24 hour urine collection container.
A: Nothing turntable style that will accommodate this size requirement - only square double door type models.

Q: Once the customer puts the specimen on the turntable and it rotates, will it lock further rotation until the lab tech unlocks and removes the specimen container and resets the turntable? Can you explain how it works? What makes the bullet catch unlock? -Need to know how the bullet catch works once a specimen has been placed into the unit to be rotated to the locked side? Specifically how does the bullet catch become unlatched once the specimen is removed from the locked side?
A: The purpose of the bullet / ball catch is to simply keep the turntable in either the open on patient side position or open on laboratory side position. A simple pull on the turntable releases it from the bullet / ball catch.
The cylinder revolves 180 degrees in the ball bearing and exposes the opening in the opposite room.
The lock and latch is for servicing the unit and not needed for normal operation.

Q: Can you recommend a high acoustic separation specimen pass through?
A: I cannot as I am unfamiliar with acoustically rated specimen pass through cabinets. If they exist, I have not yet seen them.
