A: Sorry - No, we do not offer as a spare part - an entire unit will need to be purchased - sorry but this is a result of this item being an imported item and the factory does not import the soap dispenser sub-components.

A: The ASI 0347 Dispenser is fabricated of 20 gauge stainless
steel, alloy 18-8 type 304.

Q: I have one of these dispensers. The problem is it leaks. Is there a fix for this problem?
A: Typically when there is leaking from your ASI 0347 Vertical Soap Dispenser Soap Valve which in this case would be the ASI V-320 All Purpose Liquid Soap Valve as seen here:

Q: How do you fill the soap dispenser? Do you just pour the soap in from the top or is there a refill that fits this dispenser?t
A: You do indeed just fill it from the very top of the container and I might suggest using a funnel. The ASI 0347 simply takes poured liquid soap meaning there is no refill that is installed into the unit.
Q: Ive also had the leak problem that funtowatch2 mentioned. And possibly related, curious how I adjust to let the right amount of soap out!
A: There is no way to adjust to quantity of soap dispensed on the ASI 0347 manual soap dispense, though automatic soap dispensers usually have control over this.
Q: what does the little screw on the underside of the black plastic hand pump do?
A: The role that screw plays is keeping the soap valve is an assembled state. Unless you need to disassemble the valve it would be best to leave this screw in place.
Q: Why does this item quit pumping soap? Is the O ring the problem or something else. I have pulled the top pin out to clean the pump head and I do have water flow through that but when reassembled it still does not pump water or soap. What is the issue?
A: Generally, this is caused from a lack of maintenance. Tell me, how often do you flush the vale with warm water?
Q: I just took over maintenance of this clinic and I will have to say that they likely never flush the dispenser.
A: Cleaning the units is the only way they can be expected to last for an appreciable amount of time. I would replace the failed units and then perform regular maintenance moving forward.
