Q: Will the Alarm Lock DL2700 accept a Sargent Keso cylinder?
A: Based on the Keso catalog information here:
http://www.sargentlock.com/file_broker.php?document_id=5073
The Keso will work only in the Sargent locksets listed on page 4, but you can order a Keso mortise cylinder, which you can then install into a Alarm Lock DL3500 as see here:
https://absupply.net/pdf/Alarm-Catalog11-12.pdf
Does this work for your application?
Q: How do I reset master code for dl2700 if current master code is not available
A: Do you have access to the inside of the room?
If yes you can open the battery cover on the inside, remove the batteries and press any button. This will erase all codes. At this point you will reprogram all codes starting with the original factory master code.
A link to the programming manual can be reviewed here:

and please draw your attention to the bottom right-hand side of the second page.
Q: Thank you for the information about resetting the master pin and for sending a link for the next steps sincerely Joseph
A: Please feel free to keep these types of technical support questions coming our way.
Q: We’re looking for a restroom door lockset with a keypad and ability to lock from the interior. Our client wants to be able to give their customers the door code but keep transients out. This is a single-use restroom, so it needs to be such that locking from the interior overrides the number pad. Do you have anything available? Satin chrome (or similar) finish with ADA-compliance…
A: This is why you see deadbolts installed in addition to these electronic combination locks that have an occupancy indicator on the outside so you have a thumb turn on the inside with an occupancy indicator on the outside and then your electronic combination lock
I cant think of an electronic combination lock that allows you to shunt the exterior keypad.
Q: absupply.net followed up with the client out of professional curiosity as to how they solved the problem in the client provided the following answer:
A: e only one I was able to find was a residential grade version from Lockey USA. Priced cheap and looked cheap, so opted not to go that route. Ended up placing an occupancy indicator deadbolt below the Trilogy. Looks unconventional, but gets the job done. I have to think that there’s a manufacturer out there that has recognized a commercial demand for this functionality, I just can’t find anything while wading through the hundreds of options out there…
Q: Would you happen to have instructions as to how to reset the code?
