Product Description:
Adams Rite 4560-601-130 Right Handed Deadlatch Handle for 1-3/4" to 2" Thick Doors Satin Aluminum Finish
  • Deadlatch Lever Handle
  • Right of Right Hand Reverse handed
  • Use for 1-3/4" to 2" thick doors
  • Satin Aluminum finish
  • Designed to operate 4300, 4600 and 4900 Series Deadlatches by a natural downward hand movement, these handles incorporate an activator cam plug that mounts on the handles' escutcheon and fits solidly into the cylinder hole of the latch. Not intended for use as a door pull.
  • Feature an ADA compliant lever shaped to fit the hand, with a concave thumbrest portion that tends to keep knuckles and thumb safely away from the jamb, even on a short backset narrow stile
  • Escutcheon: A 1/4" square heat-treated spindle is part of escutcheon assembly, which interlocks with the cam plug. Finished to match lever. Sloping 1-3/8" x 4" escutcheon, designed to match the clean lines of a narrow stile door.
  • Cam Plug: Secured in latch body by cylinder set screw, the plug is also rigidly tied to handle escutcheon by hardened steel pins. Handing can be reversed by removing a spring clip, reversing the cam, and replacing the clip.
  • Standard Package: Individually packaged with mounting hardware and cam plug handed LH or RH as specified.
  • Ordered for left hand (LH) or right hand (RH) door, but is easily reconfigured in the field to accommodate either door swing
Questions and Answers
Q: Hi, My lever HANDLE is held on with some type of screw. Lever handle is loose. Only part I grip with my hand is loose. Everything else is OK. I first thought needed an Allen wrench to tighten up handle. However, I see on closer examination, not so. Appears to be some type of screw?? How would this screw be tightened up? Thanks in advance, Ronnie
A: The 4560 lever handle from Adams Rite does not have any serviceable parts on it - an entire replacement would be required. What you are seeing in the stem of the lever I believe is the roll pin that holds the lever permanently on to the inner mechanism.
Q: Is this handle made after 2011?
A: Please email us photographs of your handle and we will determine its vintage - please send your images to the sales email address on the link as seen here:
