I have contacted a half of a dozen different manufacturers including the company that I have heavily suspect is the supplier of the door (we do know the door is from a system called LifeSpace by Haworth) and even their own customer service department cannot identify the item.
The only option I have is to sell you a new top pivot it is certainly going to require modification in both the header and the top of the door. We can supply this from Rixson, Ives, ABH, Dorma et al
