Q: ARE STAINLESS STEEL ANCHOR FOR CONCRETE INSTALLATION INCLUDED?
A: Included no but available yes as the Zero 226 Stainless Steel Sleeve Anchor as seen here:

When ordering the threshold please be sure to indicate you are using the Zero 226 bolts to anchor the threshold so the manufacturer preps the threshold accordingly. You might also wonder how many bolts to order per threshold and I would suggest you order one more bolt than feet of threshold. As an example for a 36" threshold order 4 - bolts and for a 72" threshold order 7 - bolts.
