Q: Are replacement gaskets available for the Zero 321AA automatic door bottom? I purchased this model door bottom from you in 2013 (order # 35649), and the neoprene has become stiff and no longer seals well.
A: Indeed yes. The replacement seal material for the Zero 321AA is the Zero 320N and can be reviewed here:

Q: I need 12 door bottoms 38 7/8 wide. Do you sell custom sizes or can they be cut to fit?
A: We most certainly do sell custom sizes and by all means you will want to order the next longest piece or pieces and simply indicate in the comment field the net length that you want us to ship the material out at because you don't want to have to cut the material in the field, allow us to prep the material prior to a shipping so that you get it exactly the correct length that you need saving you significant installation time and of course the potential for cutting something wrong or damaging the unit during the process of trimming it down. We are more than happy to contact you directly to enter this order.
Q: Good Day, I am looking for some technical advice on a door seal we recently purchased from you. Below is a generic style of warehouse door we have. We are looking for the right side door seal. I ordered the right hand 321AA item, and we received the pictures I have attached. We do need the right side door seal, but I wanted to confirm we are getting the right thing, and not ordering the wrong one again, it seems the item we have will fit the left door. If you could please shed some light on which seal I would need that would be very helpful. Photos are here:

A: Simply stated the item that you ordered in a Right Hand, which would be for the door shown in the closed position in your graphic, and I can confirm that the item that you received is a Left Hand, which would be appropriate for the door shown in the open position in your graphic. That is an error and will become a teachable moment for us here in the inventory department. If you eventually need to order a unit for the door from your graphic that is shown in the closed position be sure to order a right hand.
The good news however is that the item is reversible. The 321 can be reversed by removing the small Phillips machine screw from the back of the unit. You then pull out the entire insert and reinstall from the opposite side. The small machine screw has to be reinstalled.

A: You ordered a Right Hand and your photos clearly show a Left hand was received. The 321 can be reversed by removing the small Phillips machine screw from the back of the unit. You then pull out the entire insert and reinstall from the opposite side. The small machine screw has to be reinstalled.
