Description

Von Duprin 98L Series Custom Exit Device with Smooth Mechanism Case
Commonly used for pool gate entrances
Rim panic device with latching function, with a top rod (no latch) which is controlled by the Lever
Type 9957 active head combined with Type 9927 top rod
Lever is mounted at 54 inches, and by turning the lever it pushes the rod down and retracts the rim latch

Features

Trim function: 374L-BE - Lever - Blank Escutcheon
Available functions:

TL Classroom function - trim can be set into a locked or an unlocked operation. Controlled via key.
NL Night Latch - Trim always locked. Trim unlocked via key removing key from cylinder relocks trim.
BE Blank Escucheon - trim is always in operable position

Lever is type 996L Breakaway
Dogging: SD - Special Center Dogging - it is used in circumstances where additional features are applied, such as ALK Alarm Kit, and the cylinder dogging location must be moved - ensuring the touch bar remains operable whilst the latch/latches are retracted.
Width: 3' - use for 2'4' to 3' (711mm to 914 mm) door sizes
Finish: US32D - Satin Stainless Steel
