In order to meet the growing need for a diverse selection of optics to fit distinct imaging requirements, Tamron now has a line of high-resolution lenses for 1.3-megapixel cameras. Tamron high-resolution lenses come in a 2/3 in. and 1/1.8 in. formats and are available in several focal lengths with manually controlled focus and iris functions. All are available with locking screws for the focus and iris controls. A very desirable feature when using these lenses in Machine Vision applications.
