A: The replacement key for the Stanley 313720 6-Position Key Switch is the Stanley 714119-11 Key only (6 Position Switch) as seen here:

A: There is no way to permanently fix that key in the cylinder nor am I familiar with a tamper-proof cover that would accomplish the same. you might consider a small amount of adhesive and gluing the key in the cylinder though I've never done it and can't guarantee success and would suggest that you do your research prior to proceeding with that.
