Q: I ordered this threshold. Reese T550D 42 When I installed it yesterday I was surprised to find that it did not include a hook strip. Is that normal for this manufacturer? I don’t think I’ve ever bought an interlocking type threshold that did not come with a hook strip.

A: Hooks strips do not come included with the Reese line of interlocking thresholds. Be sure to add a hook strip as an additional line item on your order. Hook strips are here:
