The Pelco G2512-2-PJ-V55A-K Analog Day/Night WDR Camera System consists of the C20-DW-6 Analog Day/Night WDR Camera, 5.5-82.5mm 13VD Auto Iris Varifocal Lens, EH2512-2 Basic Enclosure, and EM1450 Light Duty Wall Mount. The full-featured CCD camera with WDR technology that provides a 120 dB of dynamic range and produces good-quality images over a range of lighting conditions, including extreme backlight conditions. Its day/night technology provides good performance in low lighting conditions. The camera uses a removable IR (infrared) cut filter to switch between the Color and B&W modes as environmental lighting conditions change and as the need for IR sensitivity is realized.

The camera captures clear images up to a horizontal resolution of 650 TVL. With a minimum illumination of 0.13 lux, the camera is able to record images even in dark lighting conditions. It features auto-sensing power (12VDC/24VAC with AC line lock or internal synchronization) and AGC (automatic gain control). It is equipped with AWB (Automatic White Balance) for difficult lighting situations, digital noise reduction, and BLC (Backlight Compensation) that adjusts the picture to prevent objects from appearing dark due to a strong backlight. This camera also uses slow electronic shutter technology to improve the illumination performance for low-light environments.

The C20-DW-6 Analog Day/Night WDR Camera has built-in analytical capabilities that include privacy zones, motion detection, and camera titles that add to its functionality. These fine-tuning features are easily set using the on-screen menus. The on-screen configurable menus can be accessed locally using the rear panel button or remotely using any Pelco controller with Pelco D or Coaxitron protocol. These menus can be used to select a specific profile, to customize and save camera settings for the specific application, and to trigger alarm out functions.

This C20-DW-6 camera is equipped with configurable alarm in and alarm out functions for external devices such as IR lighting control, wiper operation, and local alerting upon alarm of an external device. This camera is suitable for critical security applications that require good analog images in all types of lighting and system configurations.

The EH2512-2 Basic Enclosure is rain- and dustproof to protect the C20-CH-6 Digital Day/Night Analog Color Camera from adverse environmental conditions. This enclosure is constructed from aluminum and is compact and light-weight. It can be installed on fixed mounts or pan/tilt units.

This enclosure comes with a heater and defroster. The heater has 2 elements so that it can operate as a heater and defroster. When the temperature drops below 70°F (21°C), 1 element turns on for defogging. When the temperature falls below 40°F (4°C), the second element turns on for defrosting.

The EM1450 Light Duty Wall Mount is designed for use with the EH2512 Basic Enclosure. This mount is manufactured from die-cast aluminum, and is capable of supporting a maximum load of 20 lb (9kg) and can be safely mounted to any vertical load-bearing surface. This mount features a small adjustable mounting head that is less obtrusive and offers ample clearance between the cable feedthrough glands and the mounting head. This EM1450 mount can also be adapted for pole mount applications when used with PA101 Adapter (sold separately).

The 5.5-82.5mm 13VD Auto Iris Varifocal Lens is designed for indoor and outdoor lighting conditions and includes a spot filter. This lens comes with a standard square 4-pin plug for ease of installation and convenience. This is an intraspot-type lens, which optimizes the dynamic range of the iris. This allows for good performance characteristics across a wide range of lighting conditions.

The 650 TVL Day/Night Wide Dynamic Range Box Camera (NTSC) is an ideal choice for capturing detailed images of a surveillance area with fixed lighting conditions. This camera provides high-resolution color images up to 650 TVL, and features a wide dynamic range and day/night function that enables it to provide uninterrupted surveillance be it day or night. The camera also features motion detection for sensing movement in the scene. In addition, you can also block out certain confidential regions of the image for security reasons.

Using 3D-DNR (Digital Noise Reduction), the box camera digitally ensures clear image reproduction by filtering signals that could result in grainy images. Automatic gain control adjusts the signal strength to maintain a constant brightness level. With automatic BLC (Backlight Compensation), you can adjust video gain to correct the exposure when the object being captured is in front of a bright light. Additionally, the auto white balance adjusts the red and blue signals by taking a standard white color reference to get the most natural colors.

Since this camera conforms to NTSC standards, color video signals do not require any additional processing. Moreover, it also comes with an UTP (Unshielded Twisted Pair) output for transmitting high-quality video.

A standard CS-mount manual or DC iris lenses can be attached to this camera for reliable monitoring of the surveillance area.
