Pushbutton Lock 2230-KO-SC is a mechanical keyless lock with Key Override and Satin Chrome finish. This is a self-locking keyless entry system featuring a deadlocking spring latch with a burglar proof plunger for added security. The lock is most commonly used on custodial and maintenance closets. 2230-KO-SC is dedicated to both residential and commercial applications. One user code with thousands of possible combinations works as a lock key. To change the code the lock must be taken off the door. The Pushbutton Lock is very easy and quick to install - installs in minutes with EZ plates and very easy to change code. Comes with adjustable backset deadlocking spring latch (2 3/8" and 2 3/4"). Mounts in standard 2 1/8" hole. For thicker doors, an Extension Kit is available - extensions for doors up to 5? in width. The 2230-KO-SC has changeable/reversible handing.
