Product Description:

Kawneer Intermediate Pivot, LH Offset 4-Wire Power Transfer Standard, Black

This aluminum die cast pivot is adjustable and load bearing with the extra benefit of being non handed. The door portion is surface applied with two screws and integral interlocking boss which resist both rotational and thrust loads. The frame portion is mortised into the frame with just two screws for attachment. The pivot pin is stainless steel which works within a heavy wall, self lubricated oilite bearing.

Q: I have a project that Kawneer 050393-29 Intermediate Pivot, LH Offset 4-Wire Power Transfer Standard has been specified for the 2 entry doors. I am in the process of completing my submittals & am unable to find the cutsheet for this product. Is that something you can provide me with so I can get the approval I need from the architect. I also need Kawneer 050393-29 Intermediate Pivot, LH Offset 4-Wire Power Transfer Standard submittal cutsheet also.

A: I am unaware of a cut sheet for the Kawneer 050393-29 Intermediate Pivot, LH Offset 4-Wire Power Transfer Standard, Black though I wil ask for a drawing and answer to te gauge of the wires. Assuming I receive a postive response, I will update this answer.

UPDATE

While the manufacturer has not (can not) provide a cut sheet they have confirmed that there are 4 - wires @ 28 gauge per wire going through that intermediate pivot.
