Product Description:
Insulated Fire Rated Access Door For Walls and Ceilings - 24” x 24” x 1/8” Thick Lead
Insulated and rated by Underwriters Laboratories for 1.5 hour "B" label in walls, and may be used in a 2 hour fire rated wall assembly. Warnock Hersey rates for 3 hours in ceilings.
Frame and Trim:
16 gauge steel, trim 1" wide.
Door:
20 gauge steel, welded pan type filled with 2" thick fire-rated insulation and open to 175 degree, self-latching with automatic closer and interior latch release.
Hinge:
Continuous piano hinge.
Finish:
Gray powder coat primer.
Latches:
Spring loaded sliding bolt type keyed paddle latch, all keyed alike. Door can be prepared for a Rim Cylinder lock.
Finish:
Prime coat of rust inhibitive electrostatic powder, baked grey enamel. Stainless steel have No. 4 satin polish finish.
