The EverFocus 16-Channel DVR with 19" Monitor offers a pentaplex function that enables full screen displays of live video, recording, playback, archive, and remote viewing simultaneously, and has a recording speed of 480 fps.
The DVR has a built-in DVD burner, a Linux-based operating system, and built-in MPEG-4 compression for high-quality image recording and network transmission. It supports 16-channel video input, and has an option for 16-channel multi-screen display. For easy control and smooth playback, the DVR features a shuttle/jog wheel, front panel keyboard, and an IR remote control. An optional mouse and keyboard are also available.
Thanks to the system's self diagnostics and watchdog function, the DVR can recover automatically after power failure. It can support up to 2 internal SATA hard disks, which can store up to 2 TB of data. The unit allows real-time display of recordings, and has easy video search options. A DVD writer and 2 USB ports (that can be used to connect an external storage device) make for fast and convenient data transfer. For exported still images from video, a watermark feature authenticates date and prevents data misuse.
