Q: can it be cut in 4 ft lengths ??

A: Yes, the factory will cut the Epco 895-8-SN Aluminum 1-5/16" Tubing, 8 Length - Satin Nickel Finish to length though there is a cutting charge and be mindful that cutting an 8 length, if cut in half, those two pieces would be slightly shorter than 48" because of the kerf from the cutting tool blade.
