Alder/Beech Wood-1-3/4" Door Thickness - 10"W x 34"H - High Air-Flow Louver Core Only

Size: 10" W x 34" H 1-3/4" Door Thickness Alder and Beech wood may be substituted for each other at mill option; the image above shows Maple wood type as example purposes only. The wood type that you are buying is the exact species that you are ordering today. See wood types/images below. High Air-Flow Type Louvers are specifically intended to allow a greater amount of free air space as compared to typical chevron type. They have approximately 46% free air space and available for 1-3/4" doors only; recommended for applications where privacy is required, such as fitting room doors. For applications, where privacy is more important than the maximum air flow, please consider the chevron type louver. Fasteners: #9 x 1-1/2" Philips Flat Head Deep Thread screws are NOT provided with core only louvers. Sizes listed in the website are even sizes on 2 inch intervals. Any size can be custom made such as odd sizes or fractional sizes. For sizes other than listed on the website there is a 25% up-charge to the next larger size. Contact Us to process an order. Louvers wider than 18 inch will have a vertical reinforcement dividing the louver into smaller sections for strength and stability. Depending on the width of your louver you might have more than one vertical reinforcement. If there are any questions regarding this prior placing the order please feel free to reach out to us for clarification. Finishing: All items are shipped unfinished and must be painted, stained, etc., by customer. Please consult with an industry professional for advise regarding finishing. Shipping: Generally ships via Ground Service (or at factory option). Frames larger than 24" will Ship LTL ("Less Than Truckload") No Returns & No Cancellation: All louvers are custom and made to order. Louvers are non-stock and not cancelable. Installation: Cut out size is 1/8" larger in width and height than order size (i.e. a 12" x 12" order size equals a 12-1/8" x 12-1/8"cut out size). Please feel free to reach out to us. Custom work/ restoration work is always available. Click on Restoration Examples. Core Only Type Louver does NOT include any moulding or trim which is typically required for installation to hold the louver into the door. Core Only are purchased when the client has the intention of providing their own moulding or trim. People buy core only for expressed purpose of matching existing moulding or trim within a space or job-site. Clients are required to provide their own moulding or trim, such as quarter round or cove molding.
