Q: Asking for help in technical information such as wiring for slave and wiring for master and wanting to know if you offer test facility if we suspect that one of these two controls is defective thanks Do you sell rebuilt controls an cost please Bert Morris is my name.

Please help us with technical information regarding trouble shooting this two door installation using two of these devices in a swingmaster 900 series installation. We will obviously start testing limit switches first but would like to test the installation intelligently. Do you sell rebuilds if one of thesew is defective ? Do you offer test facilities ? Evidently one of these devices is operating and wired as a master and the other as a slave. Your help will be deeply appreciated;

We are about to trouble shoot to be sure that this 655449 is really defective but would like to properly test this device. Questioin 1, Do you have provisions for our sending these two devices to you for testing ?

Q: Hello, I have Besam 355 swing door operators with swipe sensors for touchless operation. They currently use a CUP controller that programs with a PMD. I was told I can convert to a CU2 controller, which appears to program with potentiometers. The reason I want to convert is the only CUP controllers I can get are remanufactured, and I hear Besam is no longer making them. Is it true that the CUP controller P/N 30-02-655449 is discontinued? If so, can I convert to the CU2 controller with the 355 Swingmaster operator?

A: We are indeed able to provide you with your part number 30-02-655449 although it would be a rebuilt. The CU2 cannot be used with the 355 Swingmaster operator although you would use the Besam 30-15-010R Swingmaster Single Control - Rebuilt as seen here:
