Q: I'm trying to find rebate kits for 12mm rebated (rabbeted) doors onto which I'd like to install Schlage locksets Richard Howard: I'm seeing it on the Aussie and New Zealand sites and the site link is here:

My locks are the B60N and the F51A - Just not sure really Can't find info Rabbeting doesn't seem popular in the US.
A: Indeed Rabbeted Strike and Rabbeted latchbolt locksets are not common but you do "see it" older homes and new custom homes.
However the bad news is, Per Allegion (the company who owns Schlage) this is not available in the US market and only available through Australia/New Zealand sales / distribution channels.
Q: Thanks again for your help with this. I have not seen images of the Baldwin product to give me confidence that it would allow me to completely install my locks into the rabbeted doors. It seems to be a strike only. I was encouraged when I came across this on your site though: J'Andre.
