Questions and Answers

Q: I seek the mortise latch only to replace a defective latch. I do not need the levers or any external parts. The original lock is a Best (Stanley?) 45HW-DEL15H Prem RQE as listed in the construction specifications. The lock is 24 volt and fail-secure. The latch should come with a cylinder with a Best-compatible Arrow IC core and control and standard keys. I may also need a Stanley CEFBB168-56 wired hinge, color US10 (Satin Bronze), 5" x 4.5".

A: On the lock - are you asking for the entire electrified mortise case only?
