A: Here is the reply from the manufacturer:

Our serial numbers are on the front of the safe, at the bottom of the door, depending on the serial number, we may have the original combination on file, however that can only be released to our registered locksmiths and dealers

My suggestion at this point would be that you contact the manufacturer directly and ask them for a list of registered locksmiths and dealers within your area. I imagine that individual you hire to recover the combination will work with the factory and assist you in gaining access to that safe.
