ASI 0605-L-3020 30" x 20" Stainless Steel Angle Frame Laminated Glass Mirror with Shelf
  • Stainless Steel Angle Frame Laminated Glass Mirror with Shelf
  • Width: 30"
  • Height: 20"
  • Reflective Surface: Laminated Glass - Mirror is fabricated with an interlayer of 1/32" (.8mm) thick vinyl bonded between two 1/8" (3mm) thick sheets of No.1 quality polished plate glass with back silver coated and hermetically sealed with a uniform coating of electrolytic copper plating. Back of mirror is finished and protected with a thick coat of heavy-duty waterproof paint.
  • Laminated glass meets the performance criteria of Federal Spec. DD-M-451 and ANSI Z87.1 specifications and complies with CPSC standards 16 CR 1201 (1) 11.

  • Frame Material: ¾" x 5/8" roll formed 18 gauge type 304 stainless steel angle has corners heliarc welded, ground and polished smooth to a uniform satin finish
  • Shelf Width: 5"
  • Shelf Material: 18 gauge stainless steel with satin finish and all edges returned and hemmed for maximum rigidity and safety
  • Mirror is installed on a concealed hanging bracket that locks onto top and bottom of frame by tamper-proof set screws
  • Shelf is welded to face frame
  • Back plate is one piece, attached to frame with theft resistant locking device
Installation
  • Install brackets level and plumb per diagram location using No 10 self tapping screws (by others).
  • Hang mirror on brackets and tighten locking screws provided at top & bottom.
  • For ADA compliance, bottom edge of reflecting surface should be no higher than 40" (1016mm) above finished floor.
