Q: I just received Adams Rite 31-0736-ip solenoid, my push bar is completely manual, so I wanted to convert it to electric latch, but I realized that some parts are missing, these parts are not part of the replacement kit, like the small piece of metal between the solenoid and the mechanism that opens the door. Q: What are the 6 wires for on the 29-0636?
A: To blue wires with the connectors go to the micro switch thats connected to the solenoid and the other two blue wires would go to an automatic door operator and then the last two will either be yellow if its 12 volt or black if its 24 volt.
