When you have so many people importing hardware from Asia and there is therefore no shortage of where to buy an imported hinge from, what really separates these companies from each other is customer service - because after all they're really not selling you the hinge or the door closer or the exit device - what they're selling you as customer service. My experiece is there are others who do it better than Design Hardware.
Having said this I would simply suggest that you call them directly and see if they can assist you with the parts.
