Würth USA WWTHERM100-CLR Edgebanding Adhesives, Cartridge Form, 33.1 lb, Transparent Color
Each Thermomelt 100 cartridge has a protective film coating permanently attached, this coating provides many benefits other brands of cartridges are unable to provide:
Protects cartridges from shop dust, keeping your adhesives and machines clean and dust free
Acts as a lubricant in the machine's hopper, providing problem free melting and increased performance from your edgebander
Prevents cartridges from sticking together in storage
Aid in cleaning and lubricating your machine every time you use them, keeping your edgebander in top condition
Specifications:
Machine types: Specially formulated for Holz-Her edgebanders; the flow characteristics will not clog or block the application nozzles on the glue head
Bonding: HPL edges, Epoxy resin edges, ABS edges, Solid wood edges, Polyester edges, PVC edges and Veneer edges
Base: EVA Copolymer
Speed: 8 - 2-m/min., (26 - 65ft/min.) depending on machine
Working Temp: 200 - 220°C (392 - 428°F)
