This video is to bring you a closer look at the Rixson 128-3/4 Pivot Set - Satin Chrome. Interior doors. Weight: Up to 250 lbs. Door Sizes up to 3'6" x 8'6" (1067 x 2591mm). Non - Handed. Standard top pivot 320 included. Bottom pivot mortised into side jamb. All center hung pivot sets are double acting unless stopped by some means on the door frame. Not allowed for use on labeled doors and frames. Available with longer spindles in 1/2"(13mm) increments up to 2"(51mm). Pivot point centered in thickness of door. Door must have radius on pivot edge (the radius of your orund over bit needs to be an 1-1/4"). The downside of taking a veneer door is that when you radius the edge of the door over you'd be drawing attention to the different layers of what makes up the veneer. Furnished with wood and machine screws. Weight of door borne by floor. Doors do not return to center. Bottom pivot mounts directly to floor. Floor plate is in the 625 finish. Screws are included (hold floor plate on). There is a technical drawing below this video (on our website). Center hung hardware is used commonly by people who like to have a concealed aspect to their door hardware. There is a link to the installation instructions below this video.
