The 5001 part of the part number means a lot of things: plain bearing hinge, 5 knuckle, full mortise hinge, you can see the swag on the leaf hinge here when these are brought parallel they're intended to be mortise flush to the edge of the door and frame.
It means that is a standard weight hinge and a bronze base material that's what this is made of.
The 400 is in the reference to the size.
The height is always the first dimension on these hinges.

613 means that is a oil rubbed bronze finish and a bronze based material not brass not stainless.
