Video review of ASI 0351 & ASI 0352 Soap Dispenser

This video is to bring you a closer look at the ASI 0351 & ASI 0352 Soap Dispenser. The 0351 produces soap in a liquid form and the 0352 produces soap in a lather form. There is a link below this video to the instructions and you can see that there is a difference in the 'liquid piston' and the 'lather piston'. The instructions will also serve as a parts diagram. Thats the only difference between the two units. 12 ounce dispenser. Mirror finish (stainless steel type 304 818 stainless). Dimensionally, there is a link to the cut sheet below this video. This is 6" overall height. Total projection of 6-3/16". Overall height of about 3-1/8". The unit features what is called a 'service key' (do not lose). This key will operate the fill area, insert and turn counterclockwise to unthread it. You may hear that little rattling when I move the unit around, that is because the cover for the fill is connected to a chain and then a retainer so you don't lose the cap. You will be able to fill this with a funnel. It also includes the mounting bracket. Mounting this unit is very straight forward. You attach the wall bracket to the wall (screws are not provided). For where you're going to want to mount this draw your attention to the cut sheet. For maximum usability and to be in compliance with ADA guidelines, the unit should be installed so that the valve is 54" above the finished floor (maximum). You'll want to review these guidelines. Once you get the plate attached to the wall, loosen the two top screws on the back plate of the unit and they are going to fit into the two key holes on the wall bracket. Then, you have this little dog ear down at the bottom, you line that up with the hole that is in the back of the bracket and an included screw is going to complete the installation. The only issue you have here is to make sure you don't lose the service key. This unit can be serviced with the parts on the part list. Dollar for dollar this is a very nice quality soap dispenser. I don't see this model very often, I see these in older installations. The nice thing about all of this is, if you were to have trouble with the soap valve you will be able to purchase that particular part. You're also given instructions on parts that you can remove to clean. Weighs about 1.4lbs, seems to be able to handle a standard commercial duty use. If you have any questions on the ASI 0351 & ASI 0352 Soap Dispenser or any other product by ASI please feel free to reach out to us.ASI 0351 video review thumbnail
