A: To state quite simply - your door closers are installed incorrectly and as a result, you have practically zero spring control of the doors. The positioning of the arm on the body is exactly the cause of the problem and the position of the main arm as it comes off the door closer body is exactly 90 degrees away from the correct position.

And review the Top Jamb Instructions and reset your installation accordingly.
We will happily sell you more hardware, but first correct the incorrect installation, test, observe and report back. If you still have a problem, and I would not insist you do but would suggest you replace the arm with a spring cushion type arm as seen here:

which will at a minimum cushion and slow/stop the uncontrolled door swing which is certainly dangerous to property but to people more so.
Some people would add a crash chain such as the Don-Jo HDCC-2512 Heavy-Duty Crash Chain
as seen here:

however I would suggest an overhead stop such as the Medium Duty Offset Pivot 4400 Series
as seen here:

which is the "proper" way to control and stop the unruly behavior of the door but first you will need to review the template to ensure you physically have adequate room to accommodate installation of the hardware and potentially need adapter plates and might too need to reposition the door closer to a parallel arm type mount and add a drop plate accordingly.
