All offset hung floor closers are single acting and handed. Door edges must be beveled 1/8" in 2"
Frame doorstop must be provided at door closed position

3/4" offset floor closers locate the pivot point 3/4" from the heel edge of the door and 3/4" from the face of the door. Door edges must be beveled 1/8" in 2"
