Q: I found Pemko 74518A 36.5" threshold on your website, but I would like to buy it with the synthetic replacement for the wood support member. Do you have it and how do I specific it? Do you have a minimum order size?
A: When you state "wood support member" are you referring to the pine of pine wood found under the threshold?
Q: Yes; I'm referring to the option, which has the "plastic" replacement piece for the pine board. Pemko's drawing for this option, which they call synthetic wood, is labeled as model number 74518_SYN.
A: Indeed yes - we have this item which features the Synthetic Wood Substrate insert in the site and it can be reviewed here:

Q: What is the water pan optional accessory?
A: A water pan is used primarily in thresholds that are designed for a water return system where if any water found its way below the threshold the water pan would insulate the water from making direct contact with the sill.
