Questions and Answers
Q: What is the water pan for? How do I tell whether I need it (when I buy the threshold above)?
A: A water pan is used to help move any water that would become collected and seep underneath of threshold out back towards the front or the leading edge of the threshold - these are most commonly used in interlocking threshold that can be used as a barrier below the threshold and above the seal for any sort of installation.

I like to tell clients that because theyre so inexpensive that the client can elect to order one and then discard it if they elect to not use it at the time of it
