If your door is heavier than a hundred and fifty pounds I would consider moving to a heavyweight hinge that would have an increased Leaf thickness I'm about 40% (for instance a standard weight 4-1/2" is .134" leaf thickness whereas a heavyweight 4-1/2" hinge is .180" leaf thickness).
Having said this, the load rating that a hinge can be capable of handling is directly related to hinge leaf thickness but also size, door thickness and also the quantity of hinges installed.
