Questions and Answers
Q: Does this hinge allow the door to open 180 degrees
A: Sure it will - provided there in no conflict with the wall, frame etc.

Please let us know if there is anything else we can help with.

Q: What is the max load this hinges can carry? Is this hinges suitable for 400 Kg steel doors?
A: The load rating of this hinge, for a low frequency door is 57 Kg. May we help you determine the proper hardware to hang a 400 Kg door?
Q: does the hinge come as Weld on?
A: McKinney does indeed make "weld on" hinges. These would be typically full surface, therefore typically without hinge Swage (Swaging is the slight offset in the hinge leaves which permits them to close to a parallel position as the door closes) and are usually done less holes and fasteners.

What hinge size and leaf thickness does your application require? How heavy and what size is your door?
