Easy Pedestrian Gate Closer is suitable for gate from 75 to 175 lbs. TB400 has hydraulic (nitrogen gas) controlled closing speed. It installs on top/middle/bottom gates. Adjustable hydraulic gate closer works with left and right hand gates, it is mounts on opening side of gate. Mounting brackets and fitting bar are included. TB400 is not compatible with gates less than 30" wide. To retain product warranty and restrict gate opening angle, a gate stop must be installed.
