Q: Could you please provide the dimensions of the main lock -- length, height, depth from door (not including knob), as well as the center-to-center measurements between the four mounting holes -- both vertical between holes as well as horizontal between holes? Thanks -- trying to swap in for an old Keil and am hoping same mounting screws will fit -- and existing plate on door frame can be left in place.

A: Sure there are - but please describe your application.
Q: I took mine apart and am having a difficult time putting it back together. Do you have access to a manual for this product?
A: We have fortunately do not have a published manual for this regarding the disassembly and reassembly of the internal components of this lock set.
However please reply to this email with photographs of the rear exposed internal cavity of the locks at with all loose parts shown as well and we will attempt to give you directions as to how to reassemble the lock set.

Q: Is it possible to get this lock with a replacement cylinder that is keyed for a 5 Pin Schlage C keyway? I have the 5 digit keycode.

I prefer the Kaba Ilco cylinder as it is made of brass and is of substantially higher quality when compared to the Kaba Ilco zinc based cylinder used with the Kaba Ilco 530-53-51 Jimmy-Proof Vertical Deadbolt as seen here:
