Q: Hi, I had a tenant in my building that installed one of your locks but he can't remember the master code for the lock. The part number is F66-20B010WSP and the serial number is H300P7.504298. I was hoping that you could help me with finding the master code so I can set a new code for the door. Thank you in advance -- Jim

A: Do you have access to the inside of the door?

Q: Replaced battery but still will not work. What can I do?

A: Please use a multimeter and tell me how many volts both the original and new battery producing.

Q: New battery is producing 4.8 dc volts. Do not know about original batteries. We do not know who ordered it. This keypad is at a bathroom in Grey Hawk at Lake Polo in Odessa, FL. Dorma and Kaba issued trouble ticket 807182 and the serial number is K030x7608318. Part number F66-20B010W62Ver. Can you replace it if I sent it to you? Thanks, Rick

A: Im not sure which battery you purchased so I would like to know that part number but I also know when you say replace I assume that you mean as in a warranty replacement? I can provided we supplied it and D.Kaba approved a warranty replacement.
