International Shipping

All orders with a destination outside of the contiguous United States are considered an International order. absupply.net is happy to ship internationally. We will ship the best way possible including USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, DHL or other third party internationally shipping companies. I'm international orders published standard lead times do not apply. Always call us for an accurate lead time before we can ship your material as manufacturers, as a general rule, do not ship internationally including Alaska and Hawaii. Our goal in this is to get the product to you using the fastest and least expensive shipping option at our disposal. You are also welcome to use your shipper account number. Just forward us your shipper account number and we can prepare the shipment to be delivered by the carrier of your choosing. However we do have standard scheduled daily pick up by all carriers. UPS is generally the only carrier that makes a daily pick up at our facilities. If you select a carrier which does not make a daily pick up you will simply need to schedule the pickup at our facility. In this case, you will need to obtain the pick up location from us before scheduling the pick up. If you want us to prepare the package in this way, enter these details in the "Special Instructions" field (below the bill to address). We will complete your purchase and include the pick up location on your paid invoice (will come in a second email) for you to schedule your pick up. We will ready the package and simply hold until the carrier of your choice arrives. In all cases of International shipping, a copy of your paid invoice will be included with the package. Keep this in mind for customs purposes and in the event the maerial is shipping direct to your client.

Shipping charges to international locations are not included in the cost of the items. Please contact our sales department for a shipping quote and instructions on how to conclude the checkout process online. Additionally custom duties, taxes and import fees are not paid for by us when shipping and are never included at the time of order and are not included in the amount of money you have paid to complete the transaction and additional fees and duties and custom import taxes are always due at the time the material arrives to its destination country. All such fees are always paid by the customer, never by absupply.net, when the material arrives to the destination country. Please keep this in mind as some people do not expect to have a customs or import duty do at the time of delivery. Also we are unable to pay up-front any of these fees since we do not have any vehicle by which to remit the duties, taxes or import fees to the destination country. Please do not proceed with an order without speaking to us first if any of your obligation regarding remitting customs, import or taxes to the destination country is not clear.

Most credit card companies now participate in address and security code verification. If we do not get an exact address match on your order at the time of checkout, our cart software may not be able to complete the sale. If this happens, simply contact us immediately and we can help bring your order to competition.

Regarding value declaration, we must declare the exact value of the products on a commercial invoice as well as Customs documents. We cannot falsify the documents due to legal and insurance reasons.

Note that when you receive your package that the postage amount on it is not the total cost of shipping and may be less than what you were charged. The reason for this is that it does not include insurance and handling. The US Postal Service requires international packages to be delivered to the post office and cannot be picked up by the daily postal pickup. Due to this, we have additional charges to have these packages delivered to the post office.

International delivery time depends on the item and destination. If you have questions regarding this, please contact our sales department. Our standard international shipping method is via the U.S. Postal Service or in some cases UPS or Fedex. Typically a package should be received within 7 - 14 business days after shipped. Occasionally, your local officials may hold a package for an extended period of time before contacting you. We have no control over this. You should contact your local Customs or Postal Service if the package appears delayed as most overseas postal services do not provide tracking information back to the US Postal Service.

All packages are insured but we cannot file a claim nor reship until 45 days after shipment. We can provide a separate quote for FedEx Express shipping which will be much higher than airmail but is trackable and will get your package to you much faster. Note that on returns to us in case the package is rejected by your customs or not delivered, we are charged shipping a second time to ship it back to us which will be deducted from any refund to you.

We usually have very little problems, but if the product you ordered is rejected by your local officials and sent back to us, we will refund the amount of the product purchase minus the shipping and restocking charges once the package is received back by us in resaleable condition. We cannot process a refund on seized, damaged, opened, or non-returned items, so you should check with your local Customs office to be certain that you can receive the products you ordered.

Your local officials may charge you a fee or tax upon pickup of the product which is not included in our price or shipping charges.
