• Important: Do not exceed three(3) holes tension for 180º door opening. Or four(4) holes tension for 90º opening.
• Caution: Always rotate the tension ver to the left regardless of right or left hand door applications.



BE SAFE AND CAUTION CARE!

• Hinge Installation:
• Install hinge regulary with adjustment head in the up position
• Adjustment of Spring Tension:
• 1) Make sure the door is in the closed position.
• 2) Insert Tension Adjustment Rod in the right hand hole in the Adjustment Hole as shown in figure AA (from Instructions PDF image).
• 3) Rotate Tension Adjustment Rod to the left and insert Tension Stopper Pin in the hole as shown in figure BB (from Instructions PDF image).
• 4) Release Tension Adjustment Rod until Tension Stopper Pin contacts right hand side of adjustment holes.
• 5) Remove Tension Adjustment Rod and test door for closing cycle and force.
• 6) If door doesn't close repeat procedure until door closes.
• 7) After final adjustment drive the Tension Stopper Pin flush with hinge barrel.
