Q: Is it possible for us to alter this to fit a 7-1/2" wall depth?
A: It is not possible to do this. There are others however that will accommodate a 7-1/2" wall thickness although by different manufacturers such as this model from AJW:

Q: Do you sell just the knobs for this door?
A: The knobs for the Borick B-505 Specimen Pass-Thru Cabinet are not available from the manufacturer as stand alone items. I would think you could retrofit a little knob onto the unit.

Q: I have the Bobrick B-505 in urology at [location removed]. They are having problems with both doors being able to open at the same time. Do you sale the latch assembly separately, or is there an adjustment I can make? Doug S
A: There is no separate latch kit that can be purchased for this specimen pass through cabinet - I would be very interested to know how long you've had the unit installed oh, how long it has operated correctly and how long it has been failing to operate correctly. Please review and advise.
Q: We installed a Bobrick B 505 in 2008 but just a few days ago stop working we can not open the doors. Any suggestions?
A: I do not have a suggestion as to make the unit work again and other people have had this same issue. I have suggested replacement.
