National Guard has a minimum order requirement. Orders smaller than the required minimum have a longer lead time as we need to consolidate onto a "stock" order. If you need a faster lead time, simply exceed the minimum order amount.
The manufacturer does make available the entire drop bar assembly however in my experience the cost of the replacement drop bar assembly quite nearly approaches the cost of an entire new unit.
While replacing the drop bar assembly is not a difficult task I would urge you to consider purchasing an entire new unit so as to save yourself the trouble of having to completely disassemble your automatic door bottom and insert a new drop bar assembly.
