IVES LG10 US32D Lock Guard - Satin Stainless Steel
Lock Guard
2-1/2" Wide x 9-1/2" High
Stud center to center: 8-1/2"
Ideally suited for use with rose or escutcheon 2-3/4" wide or less.
For use with Type 86 Mortise and Type 161 Cylindrical Locks (ANSI 156.13 Series 1000 and ANSI 156.2 Series 4000).
No exposed fasteners on face of unit.
Unique design provides maximum security, virtually eliminating the opening between door and frame at the latch point.
Available in 13 Gauge Stainless Steel or 12 Gauge Steel.

Q: Can IVES Lock Guards be used on double doors?
A:
Ives lock guards are designed for use on for double doors with an astragal and not for use on single doors. Ives Lock Guards sit flush against the doors in a double door application. Single doors can have a door inset dimension which would require a raised profile in the lock protector to allow the door to close.
