A: According to the manufacturer
No, the geometry of a swing clear hinge prevents the coordinator from working correctly. The bar style coordinator will not hold the active door open far enough for the inactive door to clear the active door, therefore not coordinating the closing of the pair of doors.
A: There is a small chance that this combination could work, but it often does not work properly.
Because of the location of the pivot point, the active door lever of a Bar Coordinator such as the

might hit the edge of the door rather than the face of the door. This could cause damage to the edge of the door or cause a bind on the seam of a hollow metal door.
If the active door lever does hit the face of the door, it is likely to rub along the face of the door and could catch on the rub plate instead of just sitting on the rub plate. This would mar the face of the door.
Either of these could cause a bind or damage to the door and/or the coordinator.
This combination does not work if there is an astragal involved.
